Economic Contribution Study
Overview of Economic Study The Mandan Parks and Recreation District is working with the North Dakota Recreation & Park Association (NDRPA) and other park districts across the state to study the economic contribution of parks and recreation facilities, events and activities; activities like the youth programs your child or children participated in this last spring/summer. The study aims to estimate economic effects by asking about spending associated with that event or facility. This is where you come in....would you please take just a few minutes to answer a few quick questions about household spending associated with your child or children’s participation in youth programs?
Your input is critical, and without your participation, this research would not be possible. No personal information that could be used to identify you is being collected, and all responses are confidential.
Links to the surveys are below, as well as answers to frequently asked questions. A link for more information is above. Please complete each survey that your child or children participated in this spring/summer. Thank You in advance for your help.
