Water Aerobics
All classes include warm-up time, stretching, class time and cool-down periods. These classes are a good way to improve flexibility, strength, endurance, your health and to stay physically active. Water programs meet in the pool area. All classes need a minimum number of 5 participants to hold the class. No swimming skills required.
Water aerobic classes are on going classes. Join at any time. Dollar Days may be held at the instructors availability.
